To celebrate the birthday of a dear family friend who recently passed away, this white almond sour cream two layer 9x13 cake is filled with oreo cookie filling, frosted with vanilla buttercream, and topped with fondant decorations.

I remember summers at Grandma's house. You were always guaranteed an offer of a glass of iced cold pink lemonade! In continuing that tradition, but dessert-style, I present Pink Lemonade Cupcakes.
